We're looking for a nurse practitioner based locally in Edmonton, Alberta, to provide virtual care to patients across Alberta. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
TelePlus Care provides virtual care to patients across Alberta from our Edmonton clinic. This role is mostly secure video and phone visits, and we want someone who lives in or near Edmonton so you can connect with the clinic team when needed.
What you will do
- Provide patient consultations by secure video or phone
- Assess patient concerns and develop care plans
- Coordinate follow-up care with our clinical team
- Maintain clear and accurate patient records
What we are looking for
- Registered as a nurse practitioner with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
- Based in or near Edmonton, Alberta
- Comfortable delivering care by video and phone
